Reflection Questions
1.Compare the two picture with and without the Polarizing filter. Describe the difference.When might you want to use a polarizing filter?
The picture without the polarizing filter had a very distracting reflection while the one with the polarizing filter took that away. You would want to use a polarizing filter to get rid of reflections you don't want in your photo
2. The text states that using flash is very difficult with reflections. Based on what you know about the angle of reflection why is flash problematic?
Flash is problematic because the flash is caught in the reflection not being able to see the subject
3. Why should you avoid words or signs when shooting reflections?
With reflection photography, the words can often be a mirror image, making them difficult to read.
4. What things could you do in Lightroom to enhance your Reflections?
Adding definition by adjusting the contrast slider or adjust the clarity slider.
